Centered on baseball, it provides sports-based education to youth and young adults in Southeast Asia, fostering character, leadership, and self-reliance, while actively promoting international friendship and exchange.

Baseball Talent Development
We provide holistic training that integrates leadership, teamwork, and character education through baseball, promoting the overall growth of young athletes.

Laos National Baseball Team Program
Community-Based Living
Global Brothers provides a shared living environment for both male and female athletes of the Laos national baseball teams. Alongside athletic training, the program emphasizes character development, communal living, and self-directed learning.

Our focus goes beyond athletic performance—we aim to foster personal growth and social independence. Representing Laos in international competitions, the players bring pride to their country both on and off the field.

Organizational Structure
Board of Directors
Led by Chairman Jae Sangwook (Vice President of the Laos Baseball Softball Federation), the board includes: Lee Seungbok (Director, Incheon Office of Education Innovation Center), Kang Inyong (CEO, Abadtech), Woo Youngdeok (Director, TNT Research Center for Sustainable Development), Bae Kyungyeol (CEO, Coffee Beans).
Auditor & Membership
Auditor: Im Jaewon (General Manager, Laos National Baseball Team), Members: 100 general members and a dedicated operations team manage the organization's day-to-day affairs.
Donations & Tax Benefits
Global Brothers receives no financial support from the government or international organizations. Instead, it is fully operated through the generous contributions of individuals and groups both in Korea and abroad. Your donations help cover the living expenses, training, equipment, and education of the Laos national baseball teams.
Designated as a Public Interest Corporation by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Korea, all donations are eligible for income tax deductions in accordance with Korean tax law. Your support is the key to unlocking a brighter future for the youth of Laos.

Tax Benefits of Donating to Global Brothers
Public Interest Designation
Global Brothers has been officially designated as a Public Interest Corporation under Public Notice No. 2025‑11 by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Korea, in accordance with Article 39(1), Subparagraph 1‑(b) of the Enforcement Decree of the Corporate Tax Act.
For Individual Donors
Tax-deductible up to 30% of total income
  • Donations up to KRW 10 million: 15% deduction
  • Portion exceeding KRW 10 million: 30% deduction
  • Portion exceeding KRW 30 million: 40% deduction
For Corporate Donors
Fully deductible up to 10% of taxable income
Any excess may be carried forward for up to 10 years
All donations are used to support youth development and sports programs in Laos, and official donation receipts are issued to ensure you receive applicable tax benefits.
